It comes from the early harvest of the best bunches of Garganega and Pinot Grigio in the vineyards of Càmpara, Cavaion Veronese and Lazise.
Corte Càmpara is produced, after an accurate white vinification at a controlled temperature, with the charmat method which involves a refermentation in autoclave for about 120 days at a temperature of 15 degrees.
